RETURN & REFUND
Overview
1. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, or receive a t-shirt with the wrong size, color, or design you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
T-shirts that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
Items without original tags or proof of purchase.
Limited edition or clearance items.
3. After we receive and process your return, please allow a period of 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
NOTE: ONLY PREPAID ORDERS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR BANK TRANSFER.
4. To start a return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
5. We handle personal information as per our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for processing returns/exchanges.
6. Shipping charges are not refundable.
7. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation by contact us(link to contact us page).
8. The same product cannot be returned or exchanged more than 2 times. In the event that the Returns process is misused, we retain the right to refuse a return.
9. We reserve the right to update or modify our policy. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the policy update.
